Silverlight is installed, but the site is asking me to install it again.

You must have Silverlight 4 installed for the site to function properly, if it is installed, there is a problem with your Silverlight installation. Please uninstall Silverlight and re-install Silverlight. You can download the latest version of Silverlight HERE.



Using a Mac?

Silverlight may have been downloaded, but it may not have been enabled or installed. Silverlight does not install automatically. Please download Silverlight HERE, and double-click on the downloaded file to install and activate.


I receive a "2105 ERROR" when I attempt to run Silverlight

There is a problem with your Silverlight installation. Please uninstall Silverlight and re-install Silverlight. You can download the latest version of Silverlight HERE.


I am having trouble installing Silverlight.

Silverlight can be installed on computers running Windows XP and up, and functions using Internet Explorer 8+, Safari 5+, Mozilla Firefox 3.6+ & Google Chrome 11+.

*Note: Silverlight will NOT run on PCs with a Pentium II Processor or older.

Silverlight will operate on all intel-based Mac Computers running Mozilla Firefox or Safari.


Silverlight Crashes when I attempt to print or create products.

If you are not running Internet Explorer, please do so. If you are running Internet Explorer, or you do not have Internet Explorer, try rebooting your computer and trying again.


Does Mac Support Silverlight?

YES!
Silverlight will run on all "Intel-based" Mac Computers, not Power PCs. As of 2006, All Mac Computers in production are "Intel-Based".


How do I know if my Mac is "Power PC" or "Intel-Based"?

There are 2 ways to find out if you are using an intel or PowerPC processor.

Visit the About This Mac Window

  1. In the Finder, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu.
  2. Look at the Processor line to see which kind of processor is in your Mac.

Use System Profiler

  1. Open System Profiler.
  2. In the Hardware Overview pane, the type of processor is displayed on the CPU Type line.

How do I uninstall Silverlight on Mac?

Removing Silverlight on Mac:

  1. Access your hard drive
    Double-click the hard drive icon on your desktop
  2. Find the plugin
    Navigate to your Internet Plug-Ins directory: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
  3. Remove the plugin
    Drag any of the following into your trash bin:
    • Silverlight.plugin
    • WPFe.plugin
  4. Delete the Microsoft Silverlight Folders
    Navigate to: /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/
    Delete the Silverlight Folder, Now, Navigate to: /Users/ {Your User Name} /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/
    Delete the Silverlight Folder in this directory as well
  5. Finally, On your Hard Drive, Navigate to the Library Folder (Not the Library located in your user folder), and open: /Library/Receipts/
    Delete all occurances of Silverlight
