General

Q: HOW DO I UPLOAD PHOTOS?
A: Click the UPLOAD button located in the red banner at the top of your screen. On the upload page select "UPLOAD PHOTOS" and then "ADD PHOTOS" or “BROWSE”. Select the photos you want to upload and click "OK". You can continue to add photos by clicking on "UPLOAD PHOTOS" again. Note: You can also edit, download or delete photos by clicking on them to highlight them and then choosing from the menu at the top right.

Q: HOW DO I LOG IN WITH MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT?
A: From the "MY PHOTOS" page, click on the downward arrow next to "MY PHOTOS" on the left side of the screen. From the dropdown menu click on the Facebook.

Q: HOW DO I SHARE PHOTOS ON RITZPIX?
A: Click on the collection you would like to share on the My Photos page. Then click the “Share” button located towards the upper middle of the page.

Q: HOW DO I MOVE PHOTOS FROM ONE COLLECTION TO ANOTHER?
A: You can select a collection on the "MY PHOTOS" or "UPLOAD" page. Click the “ORGANIZE” button towards the upper right. You can now click and drag the image to the desired collection.

Q: HOW CAN I TELL IF MY IMAGE WILL PRINT CLEARLY?
A: After you've selected your print size, if an exclamation point shows up in the upper right corner of your selected image, it means that the image is below the recommended resolution. If you hover your mouse over the exclamation point it will show what percentage below the recommended resolution the image is. You can edit your photo, change the orientation, or choose another print size.

Q: CAN I EDIT MY PHOTOS ON RITZPIX?
A: Yes. If you would like to edit an image, click on the image and then click the "Edit" pencil icon at the right. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose either Adobe Creative Cloud or PicMonkey to edit your image.

Q: HOW DO I UPDATE ITEM QUANTITIES IN THE SHOPPING CART?
A: Click on “Cart” at the top right of the page.Next to the product you wish to update, type the quantity you would like, and then click the "Update" button to apply the change. If you would like to remove an item, click the "Delete" trash can icon.

Q: HOW CAN I DELETE A PHOTO?
A: Click on “MY PHOTOS' in the red banner at the top of your screen to see your collections. Click on a photo to highlight it and then click on the "Delete" trash can icon in the upper right of the page.

Q: HOW DO I DELETE A COLLECTION OF PHOTOS?
A: From the "MY PHOTOS" or "UPLOAD" page click on the collection that you would like to delete. Once the collection is open, click the "Options" button in the upper middle part of the screen. On the window that pops up click “Delete Collection”.

Q: CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PICTURES?
A: Yes. Select the image that you would like to download and then click the "Download" icon at the upper right of the page. Please note that you can download only one image at a time.

Q: CAN I ORDER A CD OF MY PICTURES?
A: Yes, during the checkout process you will be able to select if you would like to order a CD of the images in your order.

Q: HOW DO I REFUND OR REPRINT MY ORDER?
A: If you are unhappy with your order please email us at Customerserv@Ritzpix.com with an image or two of the unsatisfactory items, along with the order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will replace or refund the items. Please note that we can only fix mistakes made by us.

Q: WHAT IS THE LARGEST FILE SIZE I CAN UPLOAD?
We recommend uploading images no bigger than 10 megabytes. You may be able to upload files bigger than this, but it has been known to cause errors and slowdowns.

Q: CAN I EDIT MY PHOTOS ON RITZPIX?
A: Yes. If you would like to edit an image, click on the image and then click the "Edit" pencil icon at the right. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose either Adobe Creative Cloud or PicMonkey to edit your image.

Q: HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH PHOTOS I WANT TO PRINT?
A: Click on either "UPLOAD" or "MY PHOTOS" in the red banner at the top of your screen. Choose your photo(s) by clicking on them to highlight them. You can also "Select All." Choose your size by clicking on the "+" symbol in the menu bar on the right. To deselect, press "-". When finished, click on "CHECKOUT." You will be offered additional printing options for your photos.

A: We support JPEG and PNG file types.

Payment

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept PayPal.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
A: If one of our retail stores is located in your state, there will be sales tax on your order. If there are no stores in your state, no sales tax will be applied.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RITZPIX ORDER?
A: Your order will take 1 to 2 business days to produce in our lab. Once produced, your order will ship according to the criteria you selected during the checkout process Standard delivery is between 3 to 7 business days. Expedited delivery is 2 to 3 business days. Express delivery is 1 to 2 business days.

Q: DOES RITZPIX SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
A: No, at this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.
